The Cut
Beef back ribs are cut from the rib area of the cow, where the prime rib roast and ribeye steaks are also cut. Beef back ribs have less meat than other types of ribs, like chuck or plate ribs, but the meat is high quality. The meat is found between the rib bones.
The Preparation:
Beef back ribs are best cooked using a low and slow method, such as braising, smoking, or indirect grilling. They cook faster than other types of ribs. Before cooking, you can remove the membrane from the back of the ribs by lifting a corner with a sharp knife and pulling the membrane off with a paper towel.

Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Smoked Paprika, Parsley, Ground Mustard, darn brown sugar, Salted and Pepper, BBQ sauce
