Ribeye Bone out, also knows as a Delmonico,  is a premium cut of beef that's known for its rich flavor, marbling, and tenderness. It can come from the rib or short loin section of the cow, and can be bone-in or boneless. Ribeye Bone out are often thick and flat, and can be up to two inches thick. They have enough fat to produce a moist and tender dish, and are sometimes described as a smaller version of a T-bone steak.
