Beef minute steak is a thin, tenderized cut of beef that's usually 1/4 inch thick and cooks quickly. It's often cut from the sirloin, but can also come from the rump or flank. The sirloin is a muscle group in the cow's mid to lower back that does a lot of work, so the meat is lean but still tender and flavorful.

Start by heating up your grill, place the minute steak on and cook until the meat starts to brown, around 2 to 3 minutes, and flip.
